What do you guys think would be a competitive rate for restoration of 4 OEM 124 wheels with moderate curb rash? I have a quote that sounds high, and I want to compare it to the group's experience.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Nope - the wheels are not bent. I just want my car to look as close to perfect as possible, and when I bought it, there was some curb rash I'm trying to get removed.

$ 100 a corner would be the going rate, your dealer wil know a good shop , and then deal directly with them. They will look new !! GL

Yeah, $100 a wheel is about what I was bracing for. The quote I have is $560 for all four, including dismount and remount of the tires on them. These are my summer wheels and are not on my car, but the summer tires are on the wheels.
I think the tire dismount and remount is $60, so these guys are about $100 high based on what I am hearing.

I have a local guy in St Louis, MO that the premium dealers (BMW, M-B, Lexus) use. He charges $55 for minor rash/repaint and additional $25 for straightening bent wheels (where repairable). Price is per wheel.
