Price seems a bit cheap...anything I should be concerned with?

I dont know but if something goes wrong don`t sell your old 1s cos you can always put them back on and take it to the dealer to get stuff fix, and they will not know that you used LED lights.

I thing are you trying to say I love the aftermarket LED tail light and that these are not the OEM facelift items

Totally agree that the white/clear part is smoked, but the red is different. For example, look at these lights that are being sold on eBay. These are the HELLA lights and are clearly smoked out. HELLA SMOKED LIGHTS It's really hard to tell based on the pix of the cheaper lights. I emailed the seller asking for more pix of these lights, but have yet to hear back.
