Okay so I went out and snapped a few pics......you guys be the judge.....and Dr. Lev you are right you really can see squat with these during the day. I know that during the day they are not going to be that bright, but at dusk when you can drive with just your halo's now thats when they should stand out not at night when you have drive with you lights on...

Bright or not bright???? Am I just expecting too much from these things?

Damn, looks bright to me man? The grass may not be greener?

IMO, the Predator ICE v2 is the best bang for angel eyes upgrade. Anything more than 200 is a not worth spending on IMO. I rather spend it on other mods.

looks bright to me as well. i have these on my car and am satisfied. member alpinewhite has them as well. we have a couple shots in the photoshoot thread that alpinewhite created before of our cars with the angels on, both of us with predator ice. also member r1racer and imsort0fabigdeal have them on their e60s as well as selling sets of them.

I actually think those are pretty bright. Angel eyes arent meant to be a replacement for headlights especially when its dark. I had umnitzas in my last car that really stood out from a distance but know they didnt light up anything on the road really, just for mostly looks.

I have AIB V3.0 bright at night/dusk, day time...not so much. I am completely happy with them though, they are much brighter than anything else out there. You can't compare them to LCI angel eyes as they are completely different and much brighter than we can hope to have on pre-LCI E60's.

I like them too. I have the AIB v3's and your picture doesn't show much of a difference. I was expecting a little too much when I got my AIB's so I was a little disappointed in the begining too...I'm pretty happy with them now though

Honestly, I don't think they are half bad.

I felt the same way after I installed my set. I wasn't impressed at all, even at night.

It wasn't worth the money and bloody knuckles.
+1 for the bloody knuckles! LOL! I agree, I was not impressed with the brightness, but I ain't going back in there again. All I wanted was for them to be white and not the PEM amber and I got that out of them, but they are not bright.

Um, Tyson, I hate to say I told you so....
