Default LCI LIGHT HALOGEN CONVERSATION please help

I recently bought one of the retrofit cables on eBay (I think they are also the official bmw ones) I removed the pre lci headlights and put on the lci ones but am getting rear lights error messages, am also looking to change the rear lights but can someone help me what's the best and easiest way of not getting errors? Do I have to install the rear lci lights aswel for the error messages to disappear because they got loose cables that's supposed to be connected to the lm. Or can you instead use resistors in both headlights and tail lights for the error messages to be cancelled plus were do you connect the resistors? I have a 2007 e60 520d

to do it properly you need to put lci rear lights as well with light module to LM2 and code it. unless your car was manufactured after 09/2006 then LM2 already in place and needs coding. simple retrofit of bmw lci cables won't do the trick. if you decided to do lci lights retrofit do it properly front+rear+light module+cables/plugs + coding do not mess with resistors. it is an advise

The car was manufactured in jan 2007 so I have to run the two wires to the lm2? Then when coded they won't be no error messages?

Much appreciated, how long do you things it takes to connect cables to the light module and code the car?
