I've know some members on here that have done that, but don't know if you need to adjust anything. You may need some bracket made for the LCI for the Pre LCI maybe..

My Ride: 2004 525i Alpine White / Tan

You will need new brake air ducts, new headlight washer covers, new tow hook cover (I believe) and everything else will bolt just fine WITH THE EXCEPTION of the lower plastic fender liner will not bolt up correctly to the bumper on the lower corner but still tucks away good enough for me and doesnt bother me...

*EDIT* Just realized you said STOCK to STOCK, most of this would still apply I would guess
