Tell him to move his bachelor party to Aug 31st. Tiesto will be playing in Tahoe at the Montbleu Theater which is where Caesars used to be in South Lake Tahoe.

Which part of Tahoe? Besides for gambling, you can go clubbing at some of the casinos. You can also rent boats; go biking; hiking; golfing..etc...
Actually, go checkout Zephyre Cove. I think it's in Sout Lake past the State Line. It's supposed to be wild and crazy there like Lake Havasu. My friends and I were there a few weekends ago but our rental boat died on us. The rental place picked us up in another boat and took us by there and it was packed with people.
