Ok, everyone to his taste, but I just can?t keep it back:
Having seen all those 20 " rims in black and chrome put on poor and innocent E60s, I now completely understand why MTV?s "Pimp my ride" is produced in California. I really can?t tell which one is worst, but those "Etabta Tettsut" (is this really the name) and the "Asanti" are close and way up on the bling-bling scale. Dudes, You really want to be noticed in the neighbourhood, don?t you!

I personally think all these rims look great.. And not all the rims are chrome some are high polished.. I think the Asanti's look good on the E60s.. maybe you guys in germany have different taste in rims then us Americans .. To me most of these E60's are tastefully modded..

There nothing wrong with the wheels posted, they actually look pretty nice on the e60s. However, I do prefer silver finishes to chrome/black. Have see iceman's car? I think it is one of the best looking e60 in this board .

I purchased with the 20" Asanti's and was a bit afraid of the "Pimp my Ride" look, but even in Texas I get great comments on them. They look much better in person than in pics.

At the same time, I want a bit more rubber, so I'm looking at going to 19" BMW OEM Style 166 or possibly Style 167 after seeing some of the pictures. Oyster, I'm guessing you're not too interested in purchasing my Asanti's?

Iceman you are so right, i think in Europe they are more bland with their mods, they like to more simple silver wheels. i think your car and 7krev are probably the best looking E60 in the forum, some chrome wheels look great like the Asanti's you mentioned the AF120 is just great, classy look to our cars. I'm contemplating the Asanti 120 in hi polish or chrome but there is another line made in germany that is also chrome, once i get them i will post my pics and my ride, might get my car dropped very soon, just picked up the springs.

It's all about taste guys, just keep that in mind, i think there are a lot of amazing looking E60's on this forum
Vtec your wheels are hot and ECF what can i say WOW

I like all your wheel and waiting to decide on mine since mo' than a year ... but will happen and now I only want black ones w chrome lips
Those are not over the top , I was once the biggest chrome fan, now not that much, spec not on e60 BUT yours are really nice I respect Asantis crown of wheels. Secondly "bling" is not a negative thing is more to show you got $$$ in this respect E60 is already that, you cannot hide we are driving a BMW
hope I can post my race wheels ... still this yr but afraid of the winter than it will be again Spring...
