I am using the stock headunit. I think i've seen three systems using a secondary source for audio. I like to keep it looking stock on the inside.

Ditto here - stock head unit (why change it? I have NAV) but I added the BSW speaker pkg and a Polk 12" for the bass. There are plenty of DIY's here, I had mine installed at Fry's (why take a chance? If they screw up the wiring THEY pay to fix it)
