Runflats have very stiff sidewalls, thus rougher ride. You definitely see better comfort when you switch to non-runflat tires.

Yes, I use 31 psi (pounds per square inch) pressure in the front and 34 psi pressure in the rear on our poor roads

1 psi = 0.069 bar = 6.89 kpa
