Is it possible to get a European Style License Plate in the U.S?

I really want to get a German license plate for my 545i because I think it just goes better with the car. Is it possible to get one?
I know you can have one on the front bumper, but I am not sure about the official<al one on the rear of the car.

People, I don't mean to be rude, but I did state that I know you can get a European plate in the front. I'm am talking about an official European plate that is legal.
