found this site selling this bumper on accident and the price seems pretty good. what exactly is polyproylene, is it as good as oem?

here is a description from their site about their bumpers:

We carry the highest quality Polypropylene bumpers for the E46, E36 and E39. Our bumpers exactly match the OEM bumpers in every detail. Mounting points and fitment are guaranteed perfect. Bumpers come preprimed black, ready to paint.

The bumpers come with all the accessory tow covers, OEM grill, lip (black), rub strips (OEM pattern) and license plate mounting (euro).

ddm is a legit site, they are a sponsor on e46fanatics.com a forum i used to be a member of when i had my e46. not sure about the material used though.

My Ride: 2005 530i...just bought so in progress...dont know where to start??? Want to do: LCI Tails, Xenon Headlights, Tints, Wheels, Trunk and Roof Spoiler, iPod Adapter...the list goes on.

they said no refunds after painting , bleh wut if it doesnt fit.
who testfits before painting? that costs $ !

Partially correct. The plastic texture similar to a tic-tac lid is only one of the possibilities in using this material. There are hundreds of other types. Polypropylene is also used for as sweat-wicking material for undergarmets, such as those used for skiing/snowboarding.

I say skip it and go with something OEM, or at least OEM-like material.
