Hello guys. I sent the turbos to be modified with larger compressor wheels. I'm aiming the max power possible with stock engine and fuel system. With the current setup the traction is already an issue, so in the meanwhile, it will be instaled a quaife diff. It can be also a good oportunity to change the rear bushes. Did the M5 bushes a good upgrade over stock? Is there aftermarket poly bushes for our cars?
I'm also thinking about adding H&R sways to decrease body roll. Does M-tech suspension setup have bigger sways than standard cars? Will the H&R improve the handling to justify the cost? I made this mod in other cars and the handling was highly improved.

A couple of years ago I contacted a company here is SoCal about doing poly bushes for the E60, but no one here responded so I gave up on it (they needed 120 pcs minimum order)

Since i couldn't find any info about bushes failure on E60, maybe this shows how good they are and no need for aftermarket companies build it.
What about sways bars, is M5 ones good enough for the price, or does it worth the extra cost for RD or H&R sways?

LOL, I can tell you from experience, the ride WILL get firmer with poly bushes. They are stiffer than the rubber bushes - that's how they give you a performance advantage.
Hey Tiago.
You Can find the powerflex bushes here: Schmiedmann - Styling/Tuning/Spare parts for BMW - New parts
They are very helpfull. I have only heard good things about the bushes, and im going to change Them all.
When you get your turbos back, and remapped the car again, please let me know the result.
