According to Crutchfield, Blaupunkt does not make an adapter harness for a US spec. 10 speaker factory e60 stereo. The Blaupunkt BMW cables seem to only fit the Euro stereo systems.
Has anyone had any luck using a "plug and play" ampilfier on a US spec 10 speaker system?
