Well, I have a budget decision to make. Both are amazing mods and both are lighting mods. I can either choose between getting LCI tails + Bruce's V6 cables for $660 total, (I think its a damn good deal), OR, BrabusAMG's vtec2 Angel Eyes, 6K Xenon bulbs, and 6K HID Fogs for "around" $400.

i say go for the headlight mods since they'll be more noticeable as a "mod" and maybe even get bruce's cables so ur tempted to get the tail lights asap 
havin those cables just sittin there is definitely gonna drive you to buy the lights sooner so you should get em

If you are always ahead of others, mod the taillights. Others will say, wow, it's a nice looking LCI!
If you are always behind the others, change the headlights. Others will say, oh, there is a cool looking 5er coming after me!
I know Ricky has a nice deal for those Euro LCI taillights.
