I went and looked in my car (really) and didn't see your radar detector. Sorry dude. Maybe the dog ate it...

BTW - Which grad school are you attending?

Hi Guys,

This may sound dumb, but what are all the places inside your e60 and even outside that you would place your radar detector if you were to put it somewhere. I go to grad school out of the country and before I left I removed my Passport and put it somewhere, and then I came home 5 months later and could not find it anywhere. I'm back at school now but will be going back soon and wanted to see where other E60 owners might place such a thing.

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Have you considered the possibility of spontaneous comnbustion??? There have been case reports all over the world.

PS I lost a few brain cells reading and responding to this post.

Try to look in the spare tire compartment, dashboard, under your seats, cell phone compartment. Or if you still can't find it, try driving over the speed limit when the cop is around-maybe then the detector will go off!

Maybe you stored it in the hard case that it comes with. Check the closet...

There really aren't THAT many places to store things in an E60.
No kidding. The storage in the e60 sucks in comparison to my [old] Prius. [There are other qualities that make up for this defect however]
