Used it on the decals on my trunk, and on the silver trim piece on the front bumper. Not a single problem with it peeling.

Coworker of my did all 4 of his chrome wheels about 2 months ago, and hasn't had any peeling either.

BTW good call on doing that many coat of it because its easier to peel it off in one piece when you do decide to take it off. That's where a lot of people mess up with plasti-dip is not doing enough coats and not doing proper flash times (time between coats). I did a DYI on doing my grills and that was about 2yrs ago and they still look as good as the first day I painted them. Once again they look sick! Bravo
muchos gracias!!

PLasti dip actually offers a spray tint color for reflectors and tail lights. I've never used those products, though.

Thumbs up

Looks great! I have been dipping for a few years now and love the stuff! I'm interested in trying out some colors, and using the glossifier. Holds up amazingly considering the low cost of the product. I did my window trim with it over a year ago, and still looks like I just I finished it.

Please do post some pics. I'm debating doing that color for just the lips on my wheels. Either that or gunmetal.

Anthracite gray metallic. Took me less than 2 hours total.
