yup.. just did my buddy's X5 grill. Seems to be holding up really well so far. It feels pretty durable. I may paint my new Hamann splitter with this stuff to really test out it's durability.

Muchos Gracias, Tiny!
You know I personally HATE black wheels, I think they look like a ricer but... What you have done looks badass! Looks so sick!!!!! BTW good call on doing that many coat of it because its easier to peel it off in one piece when you do decide to take it off. That's where a lot of people mess up with plasti-dip is not doing enough coats and not doing proper flash times (time between coats). I did a DYI on doing my grills and that was about 2yrs ago and they still look as good as the first day I painted them. Once again they look sick! Bravo
Been using plasti dip for about a year now. Used it on logos and small stuff (including my kidney grills). Its been on for about 6 months and holding strong.
The more coats the more durable. First time i did it, i used 2 coats. It peeled off pretty quick. 5-6 coats worked for me. Have yet to try spraying wheels but i imagine the same is true for amount of coats.
