Anyone mess around with this stuff at all? My buddy did his emblems on his g37 and it came out great. Seems like alot of possibilities with this stuff, grilles, TRIM!

Check out this guy, he did his entire roof with it. It does not bond to paint or clearcoat but acts like a sticker which u can peel off later. I might try some of this stuff out.

i painted my entire front lip spoiler in it. scuffed the carbon fiber clearcoat and sprayed 2-3 coats. it comes out with a matte black textured finish and people look at my lip and think a bodyshop painted it...flawless. it is also great againt rock chips since it's rubber texturized. +1

Yup used it on my E60 for the grille/reflectors. Have it on my TL for the emblems/grille. I might even use it on the wheels as "primer".

The S4 guy did not do his roof with it. He did his whole car in white plasti dip.

I didn't even know Plastidip came in white.

Seriously though, the guy has balls of steel.

Jay,
I have the same problem with my Hamann splitter. Can you post a few pics of how yours came out after Plasti Dip?

Thanks,

I'm in the process of doing my interior trim on my e46. Very easy stuff to work with.
