The strobes? Here's a quick DIY write up

Disconnect Negative Side of Battery
Remove headlight and taillights.
Drill 1 inch hole and mount it in. Seal it up.
Remove the ECU. YES ECU!!!
Remove driver and passenger footwell
Run wiring through into the ECU box and guide it down through the firewall which will end up in the passeneger footwell. REALLY TOUGH!
Put strobe control box inside the footwell or if u dont have a CD changer, drop it inside.
Hardwire to the cigarette lighter.
Run the wiring from the front to the back to the taillights.
Remove the trim, seats if you have to, etc.
Plug everything together and clean all wiring up.
It will basically take around 2-3 hours if you know what your doing.
Not an easy install.
