Is that Llumar tint @ Terrific Tint in the Laguna Hills area? I went to them for my E46, and it was a good looking film, but they REALLY f*cked up on the dots, terrible job on the top of the rear window and on the little dots surrounding the back windows, I spent an hour after getting it pushing on all the bubbles...damn idiots! If anyone knows if a good tint place in San Diego, please tell me...thanks!

P.s. good looking tints guys!

I picked up my first Bimmer a couple of weeks ago. Actually it was a present from my wife! She chose pretty well.

Anyhow, I'm going to get my windows tinted to protect me and the interior from the Arizona sun. I think I prefer to get 35% all the way around after having 35% front and 20% rear in prior cars. What do you think about matching the windows' tint all around?

Here's a couple of pics of my 545 with 35% Madico Charcool all around (except front windshield). I had gotten 20% all around but saw that it was too dark with my black interior so I had to pay again to have it redone the very next day. Lucky thing the guy gave me a lower price the second time and didn't charge me for removing the first tint. Still a costly mistake though but I'm happy now with the 35% all around.

EuroCarFan, that looks great. I'm strongly leaning in that direction. Sweet ride...

Thanks!

Just keep in mind that dark interiors will make the tint look darker. I originally picked 20% cause I saw it on another bimmer and it didn't look that dark. Then again, it was a silver bimmer with cream/beige interior so the tint looked lighter.
