I am not sure how the HPFP and 2ndary cats c-converters would be related. The dealer shouldn't but that doesn't mean they won't.

Increasing horsepower could put more demand on the HPFP? I know it would probably be at most minimal but you're right I would not put anything past the dealer.

That is a huge stretch but you are right, some dealerships may be stubborn or dumb enough to believe that.
