Danny:
if you want to tint only the red part why dont you just take it to the tint shop and let them do it? i think the result will be better than buying the pre-cut one from ebay.
i haven't found a tint shop that can do it yet. The place that tint my car wont do it because they said the tint they have won't stick to the headlight. They told me of if i brought in the tint they could install it for me and if i only wanted the red portion tinted the would put a pinstripe on it and use a blade to cut off the clear section.

I am also thinking about doing this especially when i get my black rims with a chrome lip. A light tint on the red part...I was even thinking about tinting the orange blinker out...im not sure how this would look on a titanium silver or if it can even be done. Im sure one of the 8 shops in my 10 miles radius can do it.

I believe sprayin it and having a clear coat for protection is the best way to go. Don't go no sticky icky stuff.

actually from personal experience (unless you have a reallllllllly good spray because not all tint sprays are made alike) tinting at a shop is the best way. i tinted my lexus before and the tint had a brownish color....took it off with some kind of thinner then applied a different brand and it was purplish. they were both very good brands supposably. im definetly going to go with a tint shop and advise the same.

Oops sorry, I meant going with a SHOP who does the TINT SPRAY for YOU... Me bad me bad. Which was the way I got mine done and is very satisfied.

You can look at the picture in my sig for the headlight tints and you can go into my profile and check my personal photo for the tail light tints. Hope this would help you out on your decision
