WOW! Those look HOTT!! If they don't look right on your black car...I'll take them off your hands - would look great on my Platinum Gray ride
What did that cost you? I'm tempted to find a powder coating place tomorrow. Congrats!

I had it done at a local shop, Quick Turn Powder Coating. They do a lot of industrial work but also does small jobs for some custom motorcycle shops. They were working on case backs for LCD computer monitors and high end wall mounting systems for plasma TV's when I was there as well as thousands of cases that hang on the wall in buildings for fire extinguishers.
Cost was $400 dollars out the door for the wheels. They stripped the factory paint, etched the aluminum, then were powder coated.
The owners, Ken and Bill, actually did my 166's themselves. Bill said he does small jobs as kind of a service to the community because it pisses him off when he has a small job of some sort and can't find anyone willing to take on the project. He said he will never let his company treat small customers that way.
Here is a link to the color chart PDF brochure, Tiger Coatings Series 38 Super Durable. The color I chose is on page 8 of the PDF brochure, Argento 314 Metallic .

Looks very nice!
Reminds me of my 166's when I don't clean the front wheels for a couple weeks...lol. Damn brake dust.
EDIT - It's also nice to see there's a reputable shop locally in case I ever need to get any work done.

Luckily my Italian perforated loafers didn't make the shot, you know first had how those go over here!
What Deranged leaves out here is the fact that I took these pics and I have ALL of them. He spends more money on shoes than his wife and my wife combined. Hopefully the Italians will not laugh at him for wearing Salvador Ferragamo loafers while he’s there. Because nobody there can even afford them.
And I think he could have saved the money on powder coating by just putting the stock brake pads back in

Those wheels look hot John! I think they're the same color as my wheels. I've seen a lot of 166s powder coated black but I think this color is waaay better looking.
