personally, I would save up for the entire year and buy wheels. If not, then:

1) Angel eyes
2) interior LEDs
3) ACS Pedals

i see u already for the HID fogs and license plate LEDs. Angel eyes are a must to compliment the lights. interiors LEDs can wait a lil bit. Now I am guessing that ur car has factory bi-xenons since it is pretty loaded right? Then the 3W LED White Angel Eyes are perfect

plate lights and fog lamps, that should be like $100 i know gettin wheels make the most change on the looks of the car but its a lot of money doing minor mods aint thatbad either then probably next month get the pedals GL!
