I see that your Sig said " Metallic satin black painted window trim and grilles" did you do a DIY on the grill ?
1) Remove Grilles
2) Clean Grilles, with soap and water
3) Sand grilles
4) Clean grilles again, with soap and water, follow up with a tack cloth (you'd be surprised what it picks up)
5) Primer Grilles (2 coats)
6) Paint Grilles (3 coats)
7) Let dry (preferably over night) - another option is to bake them at 200 degrees for a few hours, seems to work pretty well, just not what I did
8) Reinstall
Hope this helps, good luck

Unfortunately I didn't, however, I did follow the DIY's here and also took some precautions of my own:
1) Remove Grilles
2) Clean Grilles, with soap and water
3) Sand grilles
4) Clean grilles again, with soap and water, follow up with a tack cloth (you'd be surprised what it picks up)
5) Primer Grilles (2 coats)
6) Paint Grilles (3 coats)
7) Let dry (preferably over night) - another option is to bake them at 200 degrees for a few hours, seems to work pretty well, just not what I did
8) Reinstall

Good luck - total cost was less than $20 including sand paper, primer, paint, tack cloth. Easy and cheap mod if you take your time doing it

Just have to let them Dry. Will have install pics in the morning. Thanks for the Info PJinca
