I see that your Sig said " Metallic satin black painted window trim and grilles" did you do a DIY on the grill ?

Unfortunately I didn't, however, I did follow the DIY's here and also took some precautions of my own:

1) Remove Grilles
2) Clean Grilles, with soap and water
3) Sand grilles
4) Clean grilles again, with soap and water, follow up with a tack cloth (you'd be surprised what it picks up)
5) Primer Grilles (2 coats)
6) Paint Grilles (3 coats)
7) Let dry (preferably over night) - another option is to bake them at 200 degrees for a few hours, seems to work pretty well, just not what I did
8) Reinstall

Ok, I could not wait for the weekend, I got out my mouse sander and went to work. Just have to let them Dry. Will have install pics in the morning.
