What are some good performance mods for a 07 525i? ( Something to get the 215 to 300 hp) Does any one have any experience with performance chips? i am very skeptical of this one: http://www.performancechipsdirect.com/BMW/5-Series/ has anyone had any expereince with it? Do you know of a similar product (more reliable) that increase hp and gas mileage?

I don't trust it man. It sounds too good to be true. If it's been proven like they said it has people would have already did it. Your best bet is to get the BMS powerbox.

Hahaha, this is complete garbage. Don't buy this product as you will only ruin your car. If you want a legitimate remap go with either ESS (via RPI) or Powerchip. Also, get the SrintBooster for your car as this will erase any throttle lag you may experience and let your car shoot off the line instantly. This is all that can really be recommended for your model e60. RPI scoops and upgraded air filter (BMC or K&N) might help a little also...

+1, we have the scoops in stock and the gain on a dyno would be 5-7hp to the wheels. RPI also makes an axhaust for your car as well.
