Default Per lic coding problems.hard shifting Help

What would possibly cause hard shifting in a 2004 530 I but the transmission transmission gives no fault codes at all at all i even drove with inpa connected the only difference the only thing that i noticed was that my turbine speed and output shaft speed we're always different when my shift would happen. Now this also happened after I was in some soft sand down by the beach and I and I held down my my DSC (traction control)button so that it was completely released it would allow my tires to spend free I put it in 2nd gear and you know got myself out of the sand and then just everything kind of started going downhill from there. I left it in manual and drove kind of hard. So if anybody has any ideas how to appreciate it. And I was again trying to remove the coding for the LM2 module to go back to LM1 and I and I have a shit load of errors for all my active steering and all this posts in several times hoping somebody would know how to go back from LM2 to LM1I tried last, also reset my oil light and my brakes thar have only 5k on them won't reset either. So right now I need serious help I have all the tools and obd cables to pay someone to help me out.

night with tool 32 and oh and winfK but I couldn't get it to accept it every time I try coding it it just gave me an error and I and I have the LM1 module in the car right now I took the lm2 module out.
