Painting m-tech bumper

Got a question on the painting of the m-tech bumper. Are you supposed to leave the portion around the fog lights as they come with the bumper unpainted? Or is that supposed to be painted. Also the gril, is that ever painted black or just matte as it comes?

Fog-light housing is black by default. You can paint it, but I think it's a little more aggressive unpainted. I'm ordering a set of unpainted fog light housing to replace my TiSilver-colored ones. IMHO, I would leave them black.

My (bumper) grill is matte black, but I don't think it's painted.
