i remember when i had my e46, i painted my engine covers red

I have removed the AFE and got a RPI scoop now :-)

That looks amazing. The color looks a lot better than the one in the link someone posted. The one in the link looked plasticy

thanks. i'll prolly paint it black with bbq paint or engine paint. btw, i came across the rdsport r54 conversion. anybody got an idea of a price? I think it's better than a supercharger

haha. you can probably buy a used e60 with the price of that engine. Save the money for some mods. Mtech kit and M5 rear..
