Black looks nice and stealthy. I'm planning to paint mine too, but have no idea what color to go with. It's a toss up between red, black or silver. It's good to have a pictures of calipers painted black. What hot rod you have in mind. You should definitely post pics up. Love hot rods and muscle cars. Too bad I don't have the patience, know how or money to complete mine.
ya the different pics on this forum of painted calipers helped me decide on black, plus the reasons i have previously listed. as for the hot rod... it will be my first project car (of old classic full rebuilds at least) so me and a buddy will be purchasing a 67' to 72' chevy C10 pickup. ill let your minds run with it but if you check my profile i feel like my previous vehicles have had a style and uniqueness of their own. starting with a old beater purchased at no more then $5K and building her to sell for the price of a new E60 at minimum is the goal. plu enjoyment of course hahah
good luck with the calipers and i must admit... blue would be a different look and blue looks amazing with black... consider going off the beaten path for colors.... always looks good and after all, custom cars are meant to be just that...custom
