I was curios...now that you've lived with your powerchip for a month or so do you think it's worth the $1300 (U.S) / EvoSport is about 10 mins from me and they seem to be pretty enthused by the thing (but they also want my money)

Has your experiance with adding pulley's voided the warranty? For $300.00, I would have them installed.

Yes your absolutely right, They do want your money. I don't think I would buy from them again in the future. They are way too overpriced.? And they don't care how much you spend at their shop, as long as you keep spending. They don't have a good customer discount or "lets hook this guy up". They care for the moment sale and not the long term relationship with their clients.? Enough about that.

Evosport gets plenty of recommendations, but when I was shopping around a little while ago, I found their hourly rate to exceed other comparable shops by almost $30-40.

chip alone on an naturally aspirated engine yields very little gains nowadays, much better off with intake+exhaust+pulleys combination - about a 15hp increase there. add headers and software would put you ~260hp on a 530 Dealers won't pester you about these mods unless they're causing a problem (which they shouldn't).

No Prob Silver530.. I already sold it. Couldnt wait.....

Alpine your right! the combination of "intake+exhaust+pulleys" is much better. But hey, you win some and you lose some and you always learn from your extra spent mistakes.
