i was thinking about ordering the tint for the eyebrow from them. i just read a bad review. is this one isolated issue or does this company suck?
my order will only be 26 dollars shipped so it isnt that big of a deal. just checkin to see if i should go else where before i order this tomorrow. thanks for the help

As its an American company and you live in US, I live in Europe, it may be easier for you.

I think Calton ordered from them, didn't he? Don't remember seeing any bad reports from him... but you know how it is - if things deteriorate at some businesses, they start conducting business even better to attract more customers, others - just start stealing... I'd contact them and see how the communications are with them - just ask them a mundane question or two and see what they say. Also, you may wanna lead them to believe that if they treat you right, you'll come back and bring a LOT of people with you - after all, this forum's a pretty powerful thing for that. This is experience talking - even my SA at BMW of Manhattan respects this forum

Calton has indeed ordered from them. I did as well. The company is slllooooowww getting their product out but if you wait it will come. I put a claim in with my CC company after waiting about 2 weeks and trying to contact Carcustomz and then low and behold the next day my tints came in. Calton told me it was the same with him. So general experience is that their response sucks and they deliver slow but it will come.... eventually.

I definitely agree. I didn't find that out until after I ordered from them last time. I've considered getting the front eyebrow tint from them but haven't gotten around to it. They certainly aren't what I would call a good vendor; however, I also don't know of another that has the pre-cut tints like they do. The way I figure is it is only 20 bucks so it's not exactly a huge risk.

Maybe spend the extra money and express ship it.
