I hear there is some fitment issues and minor modifications are needed with Trinity M-tec side skirts. But for the price thats not that bad compared to OEM.

The difference is there, but in my opinion it's not a huge difference. I had really only planned on getting the m-tech front, but I got a good deal on the sides so I figured that since I was already getting the front painted that it would really only amount to a few extra bucks getting the sides too. I could live without em if I had to

I had zero fitment issues with my sides and my front (also from Trinity) fit the car better than OEM, the gaps are actually smaller!!!!

This is true Gene, I did have Trinity's body shop paint and install my front and sides - and they did a great job.
