I pretty much ordered a roof/trunk spoiler ACS style last week (still waiting to get it). In the mean time I'm having second thoughts on whether or not I want to actually install the roof spoiler, anyone actually seen these on an E60 in person and can vouch if they enhance the look of the car, or if its just another useless piece of plastic that makes the car look clunky... constructive criticism only please! link of the trunk/roof spoiler below, opinion only wanted on roof spoiler trunk one is going on no matter what, lol.

I am also on the edge of getting roof spoiler. Will keep an eye on this thread. The only thing i scard about is getting prepainted stuff from Ebay. I got spoiler once (aftermarket) and it was all crooked. Hope yours will be nice

Not feeling the ACS roof spoiler. I like the RDSport roof spoiler. I like how it's straight all the way unlike the ACS.

Here is some pics of with and without the roof spoiler. Hope this helps your decision on whether to get one or not.

DKNewYork - what type of trunk lid spoiler do you have, it looks great. Also what's the install look like? Thanks.

ACS replica off of ebay. Got it installed at my friend's shop. First install, you see the white 3M double sided tape. Had him take it off and use some type of adhesive or silicone. Made it more permanent. No pictures of it.

i have an acs roof spoiler on my M5 with the m5 spoiler and an acs roof spoiler and trunk spoiler on my 530i. both look much better with the roof spoiler than without it

roof spoiler installs just fine with the double sided tape as long as you clean your windshield prior to sticking it on. trunk spoiler i used betalink (sold at bmw dealer). its what they use to install spoilers and other body parts. also to fix dash/trim pieces.

stuff holds like hell but its very messy to work with.

I like my roof spoiler (ACS style), but I do prefer the look of DK's RD Sport one - very clean
