I'll thought about that too and will check with the manufacturer.
But you can't equate lightness with weakness. People forge wheels to make them stronger at the same time, being able to make them lighter. Differences in material is also key. Look at the Dymag magnesium and carbon fiber wheels, they weigh around 14lbs for a 19x12 size and they are tough as nails.

I don't have any other pics unfortunately.
So here's another question, which wheel would you guys prefer, the R10 or the Straight Ten?

Almost all damage to wheels is done to the lip. They are machining material off the back of the wheel, spokes, etc...

That sounds like it would make the wheels more susceptible to potholes and other daily driving obstacles.

That's a great discount! 25% off. Good luck Tony!
Good thing is that not many M5 has 360 Forged yet... so you are among the few.

Tony, you seem to be really itching to make a change, so might as well just do it. Or if you just want a change of pace, maybe just switch up the current R10s with a silver or matte black face.
The straight tens should look good on your ride, but the only thing is that it's more of a VIP look. Now nothing wrong with that if that's the look you're going for, but your M5 is more sporty IMO and would do well with a different wheel choice.
If you're still really into RDsport, perhaps some old school RD2s.

Have fun with your decision.

Your car is gorgeous, of course they would look good.. but your rads are one of my fav. wheels out there. I say most definately keep em, the graphite with the chrome lip on the black M5 looks prefect IMO. But hey if your minds set the 360's would look great too
