I can say from personal experience, Akrapovic makes some really nice exhaust systems but for $15k.....

That's actually not that bad considering it has manifolds (headers) as well and made in titanium. The RDSport full system for the M5 with their Race headers is about $15K.

 

We distribute Akrapovic and we just had a E92 M3 system pass through the system. It is quite simply a piece of art. Unlike regular titanium systems out there which are not bent, they simply use small welded portions of titaniums to make up bands, which adds unnecessary weight, all Akrapovic system are hydroformed. Perfect bends, everytime and guaranteed smoothness.

Bar none, they are the highest quality exhaust manufacturer on the market today. Pricing should come down considering the EURO is on a downfall though!
