They will fit, whether it will take some work is another story. I love SSR GT3s. Be wary that they bend pretty easy. SSR aka "Super Soft Rims" is what they are dubbed around various forums.
Look at PraiseTheLowered's setup. He is going to run 9.5'' +16 in the front. If anything, you might need a fender roll. But the only problem I can think of is the wheel rubbing on the inside not the outside.
If it rubs on the outside against the fender, just get a fender roll and skinnier tires. If it rus on the inside, get a spacer and then roll the fenders. Can you do a test fit? It might just fit right on there with no work needed.

These maybe?

Check the specs of your current wheels, then put them on the Wheel offset calculator along the new 9,5" rim specs, and you'll see the differencies.
Then, go to your car and make some measurements with these differencies to see if the new wheel would fit or not. Turn the front wheels all the way to left/right to check every possible position. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here
.
More BMW wheels here.

ok take my example here
my stock 123's are 18x8 et20 offsets, which are tucked inside the fenders of the car
my new setup will be 20x9.5 et16 offsets which will have 16mm less in the inner portion and extend 22mm in the outer portion
which means, it will have 0.59 inches less clearance inside and .086 inches more on the outside from the stock wheel and tires, combine that with 30 series tires and possible spacers if any rubbing occurs in the front and itll work nicely
as far as your setup goes, i would run a 5-10mm spacer in the front just to play it safe, when i had my volks they were 19x9 et30 with +5mm spacers in the front and it cleared the struts and never rubbed

um it absolutely will help fitting the front wheel if he has any rubbing in the front on the struts, i went through it and it was a simple fix, no issues after that at all

so as you can see, has .59 iches of less clearance on the inner barrel and .89 iches more clearance on the outer barrel
and if it rubs on the strut because of the width just space it out by 5-15mm and it will clear it, if you plan on slamming the car then you might need to fender roll and run skinny tires like me but it is also dependent on how they are measuring the width of the wheel so they say its 19x9 which could mean 6 inches on the inner and 3 on the outer or 4 on the inner and 5 on the outer, it really all depends
but in my case im losing .6 inches of clearance inside and gaining .8 inches on the outside and a 15mm spacer is almost .5inches in addition so it should be fine, now the real question is on tires and turning lock to lock
