I am researching an upgrade from 18" to 19" wheels and would like to know the weight of the style 124 wheels that are OE on the 550 with SP.

Have done some web searching and have come up empty.....

Any ideas?

They are in the neighborhood of 32 to 35 lbs. Check out the first "Mindy-Cand" link in my sig. You should find some useful info there.

I tried to find out the OE weight on my soon to be delivered 530i MSport.
Contacted BMW via email and direct call to BMWNA -- totally useless, no help at all.

Called my dealer's [JMK] parts department and they did not know either.
However, they had the OE wheel in stock so I asked them to weigh it for me.
The sell wholesale and ship parts out, so they had a scale in the parts dept.

I was pleasantly suprised when Fritz the parts person said he would.

The Style 123 18" - 7 spoke alloy wheels weighs 35#

Suggest you call a dealer and try the same thing.
