OEM Mtech Installation Problem

The body shop is installing the OEM Mtech Complete Kit on my car, but they are saying that they need to purchase 2 splash shield or fender liners because the Mtech front bumper does not line up with the original OEM bumper? Each fender liners cost about $100 each.

Is this correct? I thought the complete kit came with everything, I did not have to buy anything else. Please help with as soon as you can.

I think you just need to cut them for everything to align correctly and that is covered in the instructions manual from BMW Good luck.

denissm is right, the inner fenders have to be cut.

No problem. Shops often do these kinds of things just to scam more money from you for their "work".
If they tell you that it's impossible - just change the shop.
