Thinking about adding the OEM M5 spoiler to my car and wondered how it looked on a 550.

Also, wondered if anyone had experienced any problems with the spoiler - my SA mentioned he'd heard complaints about noise from them vibrating - just wanting to check that out with the crowd too.

Thanks, as always.

would look the same on ANY E60 no?
have a look at the links in my sig .. had one put on my old 545i, and now naturally have one on my M5.
M5 it came standard, and you can't hear any wind noise.
545i was a retrofit, and again, no noise. it's such a small lip spoiler, can't imagine anyone would hear anything to complain about.

It will look exactly the same as it would on an M5, assuming that you bought an OEM spoiler and placed it on correctly.

I think the M5 lip looks best with the trunk finisher. With the TF, the back of the car looks more vertical than horizontal. The lip accentuates that even more.

I hope you can make sense of what I wrote - it's probably not the clearest way of describing it.

I agree. M5 spoiler is the cleanest.
