Yep, they'll fit with no issues. You could also add spacers to the rears to push them out a bit to make them more flush.

I just put some on my 530 with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. It looks good but I'm not sure about its stance. Spacers would mess up the ride quality though huh?

Not at all. I have not experienced ANY vibrations or noticeable differences after installing spacers. Just be sure to get extended bolts with your spacers, for obvious reasons.

im also planning on buying m5 rims for my 2010 528i. do i need front and rear spacers or just rear? instead of studs replacement spacers, could i get bolt on spacers?

On an M5 wheel note, has anyone used the reps offered by Umnitza? the center bore looks right but the offsets they list look like they won't work.
