Will OEM M5 Rims fit on a 528i? Just wondering cause I think they look sexy!

Yep, they'll fit with no issues. You could also add spacers to the rears to push them out a bit to make them more flush.

It'll work fine, but without spacers the stock M5 tires will rub. The stock size for the M5 is 255, ours is 245.

I just put some on my 530 with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. It looks good but I'm not sure about its stance. Spacers would mess up the ride quality though huh?

Not at all. I have not experienced ANY vibrations or noticeable differences after installing spacers. Just be sure to get extended bolts with your spacers, for obvious reasons.

On an M5 wheel note, has anyone used the reps offered by Umnitza? the center bore looks right but the offsets they list look like they won't work.

You don't need spacers in the front, but I have seen a few put 5mm. I personally wouldn't though.
