Does the stock M6 167 wheel fit on a 530i M Sport without wheel well modifications and spacers? I know that the wheels fit on an M5. In the UK, BMW offers the M6 wheels as an option on the M5. I've been searching the Net and this forum to check offsets and it appears that the wheel offsets for the M5 and 530 are different. Can anyone offer some sound advice?

wheel offsets will fit fine, members here order 166's with M6 offsets to get a wider stance without spacers.
M5 rear offset ET 28
M6 rear offset ET 17
front offset is the same. That will work as well. Not sure about the tire size, but I am sure other members will chime in. The recc's tire size is 275 in the rear and 245 in the front....GL
