Alan, the problem is that 166s are wonderful but not in pictures .. You mus see they for real .

I have OEM #95 rims in my 530i so it does fit including offsets, and I love it, plus, it wouldn be bad if you get mistaken for a 7 series anyway !

, personally, I like both looks, bu tthe #95 does look a lot more bigger when you are looking at it real close. ... so I went for a #95

Having just installed 166's two weeks ago, I'm a little biased. But, some of my reasons: The finish is brighter (without being chrome) and with the M-kit...it looks more oem. But you just go with whatever rings your bell!

Finally,

I order the 166...it should be coming by next week.

NOW, I got to think about putting spacer for the rear..

I was thinking about 12mm..

What do you guys think..?

I know vegatrashed has 10mm,,,,

Vegas, can you tell the difference between 10mm and 12mm. Isn't that only 1/12th of an inch?

I had 20mm which looked good for my old ET32 19" (replica) 166 setup. Now that I removed the 166s, I still have the 20mm spacers on the 17" OEM wheels. 20mm still looks good.

The difference is whether you can stick a finger between your tire and wheel well. I can place my index finger with the 10mm. With 12mm it should make it a little harder and of course visually appealing.

Good job on ordering the 166 rims. I just did them last week with an M Aero kit that will be painted and installed this week. Your car will look great.
