AFAIK the Dunlops are just Asymetrical, not Directional therefore you can rotate without having to remount the tire, so I guess one side will look like the water won't be evacuated as well per JDN Suggestion. Otherwise you would have to have a Asymetrical and Directional, and would only be able to be rotated front to rear with same sizes. But you would have to order specific Left and Right side tires. Pirelli PZero Nero M+S are simlar to the Dunlops I beleive.

The Bridgestone SO3's are directional so they would only be able to stay on one side, or would have to be flipped on the rim tomove to the other side. You could only rotate front to back otherwise( assuming the same size).

To my limited knowledge, this is correct, but I am no tire expert.

I decided to change out the rubbers and go with Michelin Pilot Sports SP2. Hope the rotation sounds will go away after I switch them out.
