Also, here is a quick side by side comparison shot of the tinted version. The difference isn't actually as pronounced as in the picture since the flash made the OEM's look brighter.

So heres the update..
Seller is offering $240 shipped for the 7 members who were interested..
I'm actually annoyed that he increased the Ebay pricing and his discount brings the price down to what it was on Monday... If thats really the case.. I don't forsee trying to organize another GB, at least with this seller.. If this is not acceptable for you guys there is another selller on ebay with the same lights I think.
Regardless, this is a cheaper alternative to OEM LCI's and a modded solution to this may be available in the future.
Seller said to call to order and mention the 5 series GB to have that price honored and shipped out same day.
