Nitto Invo or Hankook V12?
I've got the Invo's on my Viper and I love them. They actually hook better and handle just as well as Pilot PS2's and are about 30% cheaper. After reading the praise you guys give the Hankooks, I wish they made them big enough for the Viper. I may have to give them a try on the 545, but I will have to go a little smaller on the rear, as they only offer up 285 in the 20's.

I picked up Hankooks last week and so far have put about 1k miles on them. They're pretty quiet tires. Maybe it's just me, but I can hear an every so slight faint sound of the tires when the car is coming to a stop. I think I've gotten use to the hearing it and can really tell/hear tires when the car is slowing down and coming to a stop. I use to have Goodyear f1 all season and managed to squeeze about 44k miles out of them, but they got SUPER loud towards the end.
About 1k into the Hankooks and so far I like them. Haven't been able to give it a shot in the rain or push it through an on/off ramp to really say. Just being able to ride in a quiet car has been amazing and I've been relishing in that the past week.
I'm going to be more aware of these tires and see how long it'll go before it starts to get noisy due to the wear on the tires. They can't stay quiet forever, esp when the tire wears and it opens up due to the lack of tread patterns.

I have them and they are completely shot on the rear after only around 8,000 miles - and I don't drive it like I stole it. I'm very UNSATISFIED with them, and will be replacing them with Conti DW's.
If you are willing to replace them after a short period of time (which in the end is just, if not more expensive then buying a better tire set up) then go for it. They did perform good enough while they lasted.
Just my two cents.

They have a 260 or 280 tread wear. They should last way longer than 8000 miles. My guess is if you haven't been doing massive burnouts, then the alignment is out or they are over/ under inflated causing premature wear. If this is the case, you'll have the same issue regardless of tire brand, IF the issue is not corrected.
