I'm really sorry to hear that about your trans man. Has that happened before? Didn't you just get the clutch done? How many miles do you have on ur beast now? I hope it's nothing major, but most of the time doesn't that mean that the SMG pump is bad? Just curious/trying to learn all I can about the SMG trans & related issues.

Clutch was going. Car started to vibrate on 1st gear. So it was time to replace the clutch. Thought the Trans malfunction was clutch related. But it came back on. So time to bring it to Motorcepts to troubleshoot the problem.

When cold my first & second gear are shaky as hell at lower RPMs/first engaged. I was worried at first but then realized it was only when the car was cold. Either way my clutch & flywheel are brand new but I'm sensitive to it all bc of the stores I hear about SMG trans on M5s. Thanks for the info man!
