simon, try every other fin. the light strips should look more defined. right now, it looks like a big blob of throbbing light lol

Too late to make those changes. Besides, it's only in pictures because of their brightness. Each fin is very well defined.

I meant the WHOLE eyebrow. Cut the whole thing out remove the back side and glue the LED onto it. Like the Saab or new 1 series. Because the current one doesn't illuminate the whole thing evenly.

Oh nah. Out of the question. After one experience with cutting out the entire part, I have concluded that it can't be humanly possible to remove the entire piece cleanly (to my satisfaction). I would rather not have it be "tolerable" and just leave it alone.

Shit those fins are starting to look amazing... If you had your newer orions installed (the ones that look smooth and clean)these would easily be the most bad ass E60 headlights ever done... Especially with the dual projectors too

Yah, I am going to mull over whether or not I should just chance it and take it off while I start on the other headlight. This project is taking way longer than I thought, lol.
