Hello:
I am interested in any information on new wood pieces for my 2004 545i. It appears the 2005 models will have some additional wood pieces that can be retro fitted to my 2004. Is this correct? If so, are the pieces only for the area around the AC/Heater controls? Are they only for around the CD player slot? Are they only for the cubby hole and PDC & DSC buttons area? Or are there three pieces that cover all of these areas? Additionally, I have a grey interior with anthracite maple, does anyone have part numbers? Has anybody done this retro fit? Thanks in advance, all information is greatly appreciated

Many thanks, I checked out andy545's photos of his new car, very nice. It appears that the additional wood is only around the cubby hole and PDC & DSC buttons. Perhaps Andy could confirm this? Also anybody retro fitted this piece?

no retrofit possible. If you don't have nav you have it, if you have nav you can't get it, since the CCC is right behind.
