New wood piece on center console

OK Guys here is the scoop. My part arrived today. Wrong part 
Its the one for poplar wood (correct, matches perfectly) but no nav (
wrong, I have NAV)
So if you have a non nav E60 with poplar wood, i.e. one CD drive and a cubby then here is your part number.
51-45-6-951-026
BTW the part is one piece from the top under the AC vents down to the ash tray. So it includes the grey plastic surrounding both the Climate knobs and the cd drive.
Thats probably what the magician saw and thought it was the DVD.

! i thought they are two separate pieces 
. so you mean there is one big piece of trim but top is grey plastic and bottom is wood 
? i'm thining if there are two pieces, why would they ship in another grey plastice piece for the climate knobs and the cd slot 
?

[/quote]Hey alohalc, where are you? So Cal?? Just get the part from my dealer in Calabasas. And yes its one big part. Couldn't beleive the size of the box, but then realized why when I saw it. I am going to keep a camera in the car from now on.
